AN INEBRIATES BILL. Received July 30, 11.25 a.m. SYDNEY, July 30. An Inebriates Bill has been introduced bv the New South Wales Government. It contains a provision whereby a man may enter into voluntary recognisances to abstain from drink for fixed periods.
