HAWKE'S BAY HUNT CLUB. By Telegraph—Press Association. NaPIER. July 28. The annual Steeplechasa Meeting of the Hawke's Bay Hunt Club was held at Hastings Racecom*se to-day. The weather was beautifully fine. The attendance was large and the sport good. Eighteen bookmakers were on the ground. Results:— Hunters' Bracelet Hurdles, 2 miles.—Chief, 11.0, carried 11.9. 1; Taipara, 11.0, 2; Kaiwaka Maid, 11.0, 3. Also started—Watershed, Mother Goose. Won by six lengths. No time was taken.
