RE-INSTATED ON THE SOLICI f ORS' ROLLReceived July 28, 5.40 p.m. SYDNEY, July 28 The Full Court by a majority granted R. D. Meagher's application for reinstatement o.i the roll of solicitors. Acting Chief Justice Simpson and Justice Cohen were in favour of ths application, whila Justice Pringj/lissented. Mr Justice Simpson delivering judgment, said he considered that Meagher, having carried out the undertakings, entered into with his application was before the Court in 1906, the time had come when, with out any danger to the public or the profession, the applicant's name could he restored to the rolls.
