METEOROLOGICAL.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON. July 27. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' general weather forecast:--Very high northerly winds are probable everywhere, with rain and heavy seas on all the western coast. The barometer is expected to fall lower in the South, and the weather to continue of a stormy westerly character.
