THE FROLICS.
The "Frolics who appear in the Tow\ ( Hall on Monday 26th July, are designated "a frolisome family of fr.n-makers and singers of concerted <tems. Their repertoire is said to be /entirely new and original to the Dominion. Of the members, Mr Headlam and Mr Gourtnay *ord are spoken of as sufficient to provide an evening's entertainment in themselves. Their strong numbers are concerted vocalisations, sketches, piano monologues «nd stories. Miss Alice Vaughan, late of the Manhattan Theatre, New York , is the soprano. Her voice is described as a leggeroi of great purity. Miss Ida Yerex, Max Cohen Opera Co., New York, is spoken of as the dainty damsel of the i party and is styled the soubrette. j The box plan is on view at Miss Rive's.
