A COSTLY BUILDING. Received July 22, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, July 22. Lord Kinnaird turned the first sod of a building to be erected by the Young Men's Christian Association at Bloomsbury, costing £150,000, of which £35,000 has been subisribed. Ihe building includes hostel accommodation for 300, and a technical college.
