TURKISH AFFAIRS.
PUNISHMENT METED OUT. Received July 21, 8.45 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 20. The executions at Constantinople on Monday included Chevkess Mehmet Pasha, Abdul Ham id's former aide-de-camp, and Hikki Bey, a notorious spy. Ali Kemal, editor of tne newspaper, "Ikdam," was sentenced in his absence to perpetual exile and surveillance. Dwevdet Bey, proprietor of the "Ikdam," was acquitted.
