THE NEW SHAH ACCLAIMED. RUSSIAN NOTE TO THE POWERS. Received July 20, 8.30 a.m. TEHERAN, July 19In a short ceremony at the Palace the National Council acclaimed Ahmed Mirza the boy Shah. it is believed that the Shah will be scut abroad to study under a new tutor. The Russian Government, in a .communication to the Powers, states that the deposed Shah is being guarded by Russian and British troops, and that the flags of the two nations are flying above the apartments in which he has taken refuge. The Note gives an unqualified promise of complete non-intervention in Persian affairs. PROTECTION WITHDRAWN. Received July 20, 8.45 a.m. TEHERAN, July 19. Two Indian sowars and two Russian Cossacks who took' the deposed Shah to the Shmod Palace at Sultanabad, have returned, [leaving him there, 'thus signifying that AngloRussian prutec".ca naa ended. Teheran is quiet. The bazaars have been re-opened.
