THE ADANA MASSACRES.

JUDGMENT OP COURT MARTIAL. Received July 19, 10.20 p.m. TEHERAN. July 19. The court martial in .connection with the Arlana massacres censures the local authorities; 15 persons have already been hanged, 800 deserve death, 1,500 hard labour for life, and 80,000 minor sentences. The court adds that if it is decided to proceed with the punishment of offenders they will draw a cordon round the town, and deal expeditiously with the sentenced persons, but in view of the general reconciliation, the court recommends an amnesty.
