TO BE ENTERTAINED BY MEMBERS OF COMMONS. Received July 18, 5 p.m. LONDON. July 17, Sir J. G. Ward will be entertained at luncheon by the members of the House of Commons on August 13th. Mr Cathcart Watson will preside, and Sir Joseph will be,presented with the original signatures of the 400 members of the House of Commons appended to the cablegram despatched to the New Zealand Government expressing appreciation of the offer of a Dreadnought. The Hon H. H. Asquith and the Hon. A. J. Balfour will participate in the proceedings.
