By Telegraph—Special to Age. PALMERSTON N.. July 15. Messrs Abraham and Williams report on their Palmerston North sale today as follows:—We had a good yarding of sheep and a fair yarding of cattle. There was a good attendance of buyers, and we managed to quit most of the stock at prices slightly in buyers' favour. There was a keen demand for wethers and hoggets, but ewes in lamb seemed a trifle easier. We quote:—Sheep: Fat and forward wethers, 15s 6d; forward wethers, 12s 7d tol4s6d; fat ewse 13s 3d to 13s fid; good hoggets, lis 2d; medium hoggets, 7s 2d to 8s 9d; aged ewes in lamb, 6s 5d to 7s 8d; 4, 6 and f. m. ewes, i3s. Cattle: Forward bullocks, £5 8s; 3year steers, £4 18s; springing heifers, £5 10s to £5 12s 6d; backward heifers, £3 7s Gd to £4; springing cows, £6 to £6 ss; store cows, 17s to £3 10s.
