WOMEN'S AERIAL LEAGUE FORMED. INTEND TO PRESENT BRITAIN WITH AN AIRSHIP. Received July 13, 10.35 p.m. LONDON, July 13. A Women's Aerial League has been formed. Lady O'Hagen, who presided, stated that their intention was to present to the nation an airship of British construction, and to give scholarships to technical ' schools to promote the study of aero- I dynamics. ,
