CRUSADE IN CHRISTCHURCH. CHRISTCHURCH, July 9, The police have entered on a cfusade against driving motor cars at ati excessive speed in street and roads. •Another case was before the Court, to-day, Dr. Diamond being fined 20s and costs for riding at a spaed dangerous to the public salety un the Sumner road. Mr Haselden, S.M., said that the difficulty was that motorists had one standard of speed, and the public another.Arth'tir Hbnsmann was also fined 20s for a sinftilar offence.
