COMPULSORY TRAINING.
BRITISH MILITARY VOTE. WILL BE LARGELY INCREASED. Received Julv 9, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, July 8. In view of the forthcoming debate, it is announced that the War Office estimates that compulsory military training will add £7,820,000 to the existing Territorial and Special Reserve vote. BELGIUM FALLING IN LINE. Received July 9, 8.45 a.m. BRUSSELS, July 8. Belgium is preparii.g to adopt compulsory military service.
