A HEATED DEBATE.
UPROAR IN ITALIAN CHAMBER.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received July 8, 10.10 p.m. ROME, July S. There was a heated debate in the Italian Chamber of Deputies, yesterday. Signer Colazanni, a Republican, argued that Signor Nasi was prosecuted for appropriating a few things. There was a much greater reason to prosecute the Senators, Deputies and Ministers responsible for the shipping subsidies. These remarks caused strong protests to be made. Signor Schanzer, rushing forward, struck Signor Colazanni. Friends pulled back the Minister, who renewed his efforts to assault Signor Colazanni, and finally they persuaded him to desist. •£he uproar led the to adjournment of the C! ha raber. The ex-Minister, Signor Nasi, was on February 24th, 1908, condemned to eleven months' imprisonment, and four and a-half years' interdiction from holding any public office.
