The Australian professional team yesterday defeated the "AU Blacks" by 25. points to 5. Australia, bent on securing the rubber, made the pace faot from the jump. The All Blacks put up a strong defence, but the home team was not to be denied, and secured a lead of 15 points to 3 at half time. The All Blacks added a penalty goal in the second half to Australia's 10 points. Australia were smarter all round on tne day's play.
