PALMERSTON N., July 3. s Sydney Hansen, alias George Morgan, was sentenced to three months' hard labour on a charge of being a rogue and a vagabond, and fraudulently obtaining 9s from the relieving officer by falsely stating he had been given work by the labour bureau, but required assistance to reach the job.
