The visiting delegates and the London Executive Committee of the Imperial Press Conferen e 1 ave decided to make the existing o ganisation permanent, in o de." to promote the interests of the Empire press as a whole, and to make necessary arrangements for future conferences. An Empire Press Association ha? therefore been (stablished, restricted to daily papers, all <n a basis of equality, with associations a d c mmittees in e.ch dorr..nion an 3 dependency. The secretarial work will be carried on.in London. Mr C. A. Pearson, who had hitherto been ill, having had to undergo an operation to his eyes, presided.
