WEST AUSTRALIA MINISTRY. RE-DISTRIBUTION OF PORTFOLIOS. Received July 2, 11.20 a.m. PERTH, July 2. The Hon. J. Price has resigned the portfolio of Works, but remains honorary Minister. The Hon. F. Wilson has relinquished the offices of Treasurer and Minister for Education, and takes the Department of Works. The Premier (Mr N. J. Moore) takes the Treaaurership, and Mr Manson takes Education in addition to the Attorney-Generalship. NO-CONFIDENCE MOTION. CHALLENGE TO QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT. Received July 2, 11.30 a.m. BRISBANE, July 2. Mr Bowman has moeed an amendment to the Address-in-Reply, declaring that the Government does not possess the confidence of the House. It is anticipated that the Government will have a majority of two.
