A MINISTER'S OATH.
REFUSAL TO GIVE EVIDENCE. Received July 1, 11.55 a.m. MELBOURNE, July 1. Enquiry proves that Mr Mackay's Ministerial oath of secrecy in no way interferes with hi 3 giving evidence before a Royal Commission. A Minister was only bound to secrecy when requested.
