OPENED BY KING EDWARD. Received June 28, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, June 27. King Edward has opened the Victoria and Albert Museum. There was a brilliant ceremony. The King knighted Mr Cecil H. Smith, the director, and created Sir Astori Webb, the architect of the building, Companion of the Order of the Bath.
