VICTORIA AND ALBERT MUSEUM.
OPENED BY KING EDWARD. Received June 28, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, June 27. King Edward has opened the Victoria and Albert Museum. There was a brilliant ceremony. The King knighted Mr Cecil H. Smith, the director, and created Sir Astori Webb, the architect of the building, Companion of the Order of the Bath. In his opening address, King Edward emphasised his parents' interest in applied decorative art
