GAYNDAH BANK CRIME.
LETTER J?ROM THE MURDERER. Received June 24. 9.50 a.m. BRISBANE, June 24. The prison authorities at Brisbane have forwarded a letter written by Arthur Ross, who was executed a fortnight ago for the murder of Muir, clerk at the Gayndah Bank, to the mother of his victim, expressing deep sorrow for the crime. Ross condoled with Mrs Muir, and euiogiesd her son's bravery in at tacking him when he entered the bank.
