A TURKISH LOAN.
I CHIEFLY SECURED BY THE CUSTOMS. Received June 24, 8.20 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, June 23. The Turkish Government is issuing a per 4 cent, loan of £4,282,840, at the minimum price of 89J, in London, Paris, Berlin, and Turkey. The loan is chiefly secured by the Customs at Constantinople, Smyrna, Salonica, Beyrout, Adrianople, and Brousea.
