ARREST OF AN ACCOMPLICE.

A CONFESSION. Received June 24, 8.55 a.m. SAN FRANCISCO, June 23. Chong Sing, cousin of Lee Ong. the alleged murderer of Miss Sigel, has been arrested. He confesses that he witnessed the strangling of Elsie Sigel, and helped to put a rope on the trunk in which her body was placed.
