The Finance Committee of the Reichstag decided in favour of the succession duties, the voting being equal Later, in the Reichstag, the Conservatives, Cenlre, and Poles, by 203 votes to 155, carried a tax on stocks and shares, which the Government opposed. The Reichstag agreed to the unearned increment t ix on real estates The majority of the Right Centre Painty and the Poles Prince von Bulnw deprecates hasty legislation in this matter. ,
