THE LOCAL BODIES LOAN ACT. tfiE Master ton Borough Council _ hereby gives public notice that it proposes to raise : A Special Loan of twelve thousand pounds (1 12,000) for the purpose of construction" and improvement of the roads and footpaths in the principal business and residential streets of the Borough, conditionally upon the combined rate of interest and sinking fund not exceeding £0 per centum per annum, and for such purpose to make an annually recurring special rate of .50d in the £ upon the whole of the unimprovel rateable property within the said Borough as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such lean. The whole of the said loan is to be repaid on the 31st day of December 1942< Ifc'is proposed to pay out of the loan monies the cost of raising the loan and the first year's interest thereon during the construction of the works.
