WAKAPUAKA, June 22. Thd result of the Arnst-Webb boat race reached Sydney exactly one minute from the time the cablegram was handed in at Makirikiri, near the finishing post. It took half a minute to reach Wakapuaka, and a similar time to re-transmit to Sydney.
