King Edward presented colours to 108 units of the Territorial Army at Windsor Castle. The spectators included the delegates to the Imperial Press Conference, and a large numbar of members of Parliament. After the presentation of colours to the Territorials on Saturday, King Edward cordially congratulated the Secretary for War, Mr lialdane, on the success of his efforts m organising the force. iir Hugh Graham, proprietor of the Montreal "Star," in recognition of the pleasure he derived from the recent military and naval hasfgiven £IOO to the Soldiers' Orphans' Society, and £IOO to the Sailors' Orphans.
