WOMEN'S FRANCHISE.
Received June 21, 10.15 p.m. LONDON, June 21
The Suffrage Committee reported to the International Congress of Women that they combatted the idea that women were indifferent to the franchise where they possessed it. Many references were made to women's franchise in Australasia. The great majority of the Congress favoured the franchise to women.
