United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received June 21, 8.45 a.m. LONDON, June 20. Replying in tne House of Commons to Mr J. T. Middlemore, Conservative member for North Birmingham, Mr McKenna, First Lord of the Admiralty, stated that some delay was expected in the completion of the battleships St. Vincent and Collingwood, which was originally fixed for next December and February.
