ST. PETERSBURG, June 19

A terrible ballooning accident, attended by loss of life, occurred here yesterday. When nearly a mile up the military balloon, the Vaanovsky, ripped owing to tho accidental pulling of the emergency valve. The balloon descended with frightful velocity. Of the four occupants of the car, M. Politzan, the Court Chamberlain, was killed, and his wife was fatally injured. The Vannovsky in a former accident caused the death of four officials.
