ANNULITY OF THE MARRIAGE.

In the Divorca Court, to-day, before Mr Justice Williams, Agnes Ottaway applied for an annulity of her marriage Bock. Mr Solomon, after detailing the circumstances of the case, said that en annulity was not necessary in a sense, and petitioner could get married again if she chose. He proceeded to refer to the case which came before His Honor some eight years ago, in which the salient features were similar to the present case. Ik that case the parties lived together for seven or eight years. After hearing the evidence His Honor granted a decree of annulity.
