Received June 13, 5.20 p.m. LONDON, June 12. The Ottawa correspondent of "The Times" says that the conference had converted a section of the Canadian press which was recently disposed to make light of the war prospects. The speeches of Lord Rosebery, Sir E. Grey ar.d otners had created a profound impression. All the newspapers unite in stating that Canada must realise her defence responsibilities.
