AUSTRALIA v. SOMERSET. Recieved June 11, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, June 10. The match of the Australian cricketers against Somersetshire began to-day, at Bath, in threatening weather. The wicket was excellent. The County team made only a short stay at the wickets. The innings was over/ by luncheon, after an hour and forty\minutes' play. With the total at 5, Braund was neatly taken low doWn in the slips by Armstrong, off Whitty. Hardy gave a catch to Noble, the second wicket falling for 21. Carter stumped Marayan, when the score was 36. The light was now improving, but the wicket was playing slower than had been expected.
