Recently a new arrival from New Zealand, while staying at a Melbourne cafe, was robbed of his portmanteau, which, among other property, contained a bank-book for £1,200 in.New South Wales Savings Banks. ■ v.A man, while trying to work one of the accounts, was arrested yesterday in Sydney. All the missing property was recovered.
