LIMITATION OF ARMAMENTS.
THE KAISER'S OPPORTUNITY. Received J'jne 9, 9.35 a.m. LONDON, June 8. The "Morning Post" suggests that as Mr Asquith has declared his readiness to limit armaments if he could be assured that he would not be rebuffed, the Kaiser would.show himself to be a great statesman if he would give Mr Asquith a cordia 1 hearing.
