Mr JR. English, who officiated as judge in connection with the Motor > Cycle Keiiability Trial, the Hillclimbing competition and Petro! Consumption Test, recently held by the Christchurch Cycle and Motor Club, has made the following awards:— For Keiiability—Private Owners' Class: C. E. Baiiy, 3J Triumph, Ist; A. Beaken, 3J? Triumph, 2nd; A. Marsden, 4J Triumph, 3rd. Open Class: W. L. Blundell, 3i Triumph, Ist; P. Hawarth, 2nd; C. E. Bailey, 3£ Triumph, 3rd. Hill-climbing Competition—Private Owners' Class: S. F. Barnett, 3£ Triumph, Ist.' Open Class: G. B. Brown, U Triumph Ist. Petrol Consumption— Private Owners' Class: A. Beaken Si Triumph, Ist. Open Class: W.' L. Blundell, 3J Triumph Ist. Other Prizes—Ridec experiencing hardest, luck, W. Hendry, 4 A F.N. Prize for best performance on hills, G B Brown, 3* Triumph.*
