THE DALEY CASE.
WILLIS AT THE COURT. WARM RECRIMINATIONS. Received June 9, 1.10 a.m. SYDNEY, June 8. W. N. Willis appeared at the Court to-day to give evidence in the Daley case. were warm recriminations between the cross-examining counsel and witness. The Judge threatened to send Willis instantly to gaol for stating that questions were permitted which would not be admitted in another Court. Willis apologised.
