Agitation has been caused in Washintgon by the German Navy Leagues' suggestion that German cruisers should be regularly sent to South America, with the view of stimulating trade. A t'OWERFUL FLEET WANTED. Received June 8, 8.30 a.m. BERLIN. June 7. Admiral von Weber declared, at the meeting of the Navy League, that Germans must work to create so powerful a fleet that even the most powerful maritime nation would incur serious' risk in making war against Germany.
