METEOROLOGICAL.
Mr W. F. Day, Brooklyn. Gladstone, reports as follows:—The rainfall tor May was 3.55 in-.hes. Rain fell on 14 days, the maximum fall being 1.86 on the 12th, and the minimum fall 0.02 on the 14th, 20th and 23rd. The rainfall for May last year was 1.71 inches. The total for the five months of this year is 11.25 inches, as against 9.36 for the same period of last year.
