ANTI-GAMBLING LEGISLATION.
A TRANSVAAL BILL. Received June 2. 10.45 p.m. PRETORIA, June 2. Lord Selborne, in opening the Transvaal Parliament, announced that legislation would be introduced this session restricting betting, and the publication of betting news. Bills dealing with lotteries and money lending would also be placed before Parliament.
