ALLEGED FINANCIAL IRREGULARITIES.

It is understood that Frederick Marshall,. ex-manager of the United Farmers Coal Company, who is wanted in connection with certain alleged financial irregularities, has been apprehended at Melbourne, and that a ' member of the local detective force will leave on Friday to bring him over.
