By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 31. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' genera! weather forecast:--Moderate to strong easterly winds are probable north of Mew Plymouth and Napier, and westerly increasing and changing to northerly "elsewhere, changeable and cloudy weather probable generally, and rain in the extreme north and southern districts.
