MOVEMENT IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA. ■-■■"■-- .PERTH, May.29. " The Premier (Mr Moore) informed a local option deputation that the Cabinet intended to.carry out its promises in regard to local option. The Government desired to deal equitably with both parties,' said the Premier. Compensation would come from the trade, not from; the community. He hoped the people would use their power with moderation. .
