MR FISHER'S COURSE. PROBABLE APPEAL TO THE COUNTRY. Received May <2B, 10 a.rp. MELBOURNE, May 28. When the Housg meets to-day Mr Fisher will ask for an adjournment, probably till Tuesday. ' It is considered probable that the Premier will ask for a dissolution. If it should not be granted Mr Fisher will ask that Mr Deakin be sent for to form a new Ministry. REASONS AGAINST DISSOLVING. When the House met Mr Fisher said that the Government proposed not to go on with business, and would take the earliest opportunity of considering the position. He moved the adjournment of the House. Mr Deakin then rose to sneak, but Sir William Lyne called out "Judas!" The speaker ordered Sir William to withdraw the remark and he drd so. Mr Deakin's justification of the action of the Opposition in applying the closure, yesterday, was greeted with derisive Ministerial laughter. Mr Hughes: Mr Deakin seemed to enjoy „ the assassination of the Government. He had heard some mention last night of "Judas," but it was not fair to "Judas." The House adjourned till Tuesday. It is stated that Mr Fisher will seek a dissolution.
