LONDON, May 21. The West Australian loan was covered threefold. A New South Wales loan of three millions, bearing interest at 3£ per cent., will be issued to-morrow. The minimum price of issue is 98|. An Auckland drainage loan of £IOO,OOO at 4 per cent, is being issued at par.
