DIES IN A BENEVOLENT 2 ASYLUM. Received May 21, 1 a.m. [MELBOURNE, May 21. Francjs Webster, the miner whg> discovered the famous Welcome Nugget, died in the Ballarat Benevolent Asylum, to-day, aged 74. The deceased returned to Ballarat three years ago in poor illhealth, and was compelled to seek the shelter of the Asylum.
