STATE OF SIEGE.
TURKEY'S TROUBLES. DISCOVERY OF RIFLES. Received May 20, 8.30 a.m. .CONSTANTINOPLE, May 19. A state of siege has been proclaimed at Shileh, on the coast of the Black Sea, owing to the presence of soldiers escaped from Constantinople. Ten thousand rifles o£ the latest pattern have been discovered at Yildiz Palace, the former residence of the deposed Sultan.
