BROKEN HILL TROUBLE.
Received May 21, 1 a.m. SYDNEY, May 20. The Broken Hill referendum resulted by 1,773 for 1,320 against resuming work. Although the vote ostensibly was only on the question of whether the Port Pirie men's action was to be endorsed the result is accepted as deciding the Barrier trouble also.
