AMY BOCK'S PERSONAL EFFECTS.
SOLD BY AUCTION. By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, May 17. There was a crowded attendance at Samson's auction rooms to-day, when Amy Bock'a personal effects were sold. These consisted chiefly of wedding presents and Amy Bock's personal belongings. The wedding cake brought £4 10s, a suit of pyjamas 19s (bought by a New York buyer), wedding ring £2 lis, two keepers £1 Bs. A gold and greenstone chain realised £3 10s, and a muff chain £6. Five bangles fetched from £3 5s downwards. The wedding suit realised £3 and a fancy ; vest 15s. A carved tray brought £2 2s, and a gentleman's dressing case £6 ss. A shaving mug, which cost abcu 1 : a shilling, realised Bs, a pair of brushes brought £2 15h, and a mirror £6 16s, a dre3s ring realising £5 15s, and four brooches about £2 5s each. The articles were chiefly sought after as curios. A cigarette case brought 14s, and a fountain pen 16s.
